Who We Are
Cambridgeshire Horizons is a small team of less than 20 skilled specialists, working together to achieve sustainable growth for the county.
Based in Histon, the Horizons team is led by Chairman Sir David Trippier, Chief Executive Alex Plant and Director of Development John Onslow.
Formed in 2004 as the Cambridgeshire Infrastructure Partnership, Cambridgeshire Horizons has grown from a team of four to a team of 19 over the past five years to meet the requirements of the growth agenda.
