Rebecca (Becca) Bryant - Project Assistant
After completing her A-Levels at St.Ivo Sixth Form in 2004 Becca joined Cambridgeshire County Council as a First Contact Agent within its Contact Centre in St Ives. During her five and a half years there her job title changed to Customer Liaison Office along with more responsibility such as training, buddying and leading Electoral Services for South Cambridgeshire District Council, as a service within the Contact Centre.
Late 2009 Becca joined the Contact Centre's Development Team as a Project Assistant for a three month secondment, learning to write reports, collate statistical information and finding efficiencies in current processes. It was then that Becca had confirmed her career aspirations to become a successful Project Manager. Whilst working within the Development Team she spotted the Project Assistant secondment (to cover Michelle Hawker's maternity leave) within Cambridgeshire Horizons. Becca joined Cambridgeshire Horizons in February 2010 and is very much looking forward to learning more about Project Management.
