Esther Cooke - Project Manager

Esther joined the Horizons team in 2009 as a part-time Project Manager, and left in March 2011 to set up her own business.

After completing a Degree in Landscape and Garden Design, Esther continued her interest in the design and use of public space and has worked in Community Arts and Cultural Development for the public and charitable sectors for over 13 years. 

Much of her career has focused on community led regeneration and the use of the arts to develop stronger community involvement in the planning and delivery of public space development.
