Gill Barker - Offices and Committees Manager

Gill has a wealth of experience of working in the property industry and for a local parish council, and joins the Horizons team from Bidwells. Gill is responsible for the smooth running of the Cambridgeshire Horizons office, and also for our regular Board and Joint Strategic Growth Implementation Committee (JSGIC) meetings.

Gill's key areas of responsibility:

• Committees Management - Horizons Board, JSGIC, Senior Officer Board and the Growth Partnership Board 
• Management of the administrative team
