Gill Barker - Offices and Committees Manager

Gill has a wealth of experience working in the property industry and for a local parish council, and joined the Horizons team from Bidwells. Gill was responsible for the smooth running of the Cambridgeshire Horizons office, and also for the regular Board and Joint Strategic Growth Implementation Committee (JSGIC) meetings.

Gill's key areas of responsibility were:
