Joint Strategic Growth Implementation Committee
The Joint Strategic Growth Implementation Committee (JSGIC) was a Standing Committee of Cambridgeshire Horizons and reported to our main Board. It comprised members of Cambridge City Council, Cambridgeshire County Council, and South Cambridgeshire District Council.
The Committee provided a strategic mechanism for each local authority and Cambridgeshire Horizons to explore issues to ensure that the growth agenda was driven forward in an integrated, coherent and consistent manner. Its meetings were working meetings and the public and media were welcome to attend the open part of the meeting as observers.
