Paul Mumford - Former Programme Manager
Paul worked as the Programme Manager with Cambridgeshire Horizons from 2007 until August 2011.
Before joining Horizons Paul gained a doctorate in Environmental Science and worked in local government on environment and countryside access projects.
Paul's focus at Horizons was to set up and use clear project management systems to help the smooth running of work on each of the major development sites.
Paul also worked to support the Partnership in addressing the funding of infrastructure, in particular through 'Section 106' Agreements between developers and local authorities, and developed the Quality Charter Training Programme.
