Paul Mumford - Lead Project Manager

Paul has worked as the Lead Project Manager with Cambridgeshire Horizons since 2007.

Before joining Horizons Paul gained a doctorate in Environmental Science and worked in local government on environment and countryside access projects.

Paul's focus at Horizons is the set up and use of clear project management systems to help smooth running of work on each of the major development sites. Paul is also working to support the Partnership in addressing the funding of infrastructure, in particular through 'Section 106' Agreements between developers and local authorities, and developing the Quality Charter Training Programme.
