Sue Beecroft - Housing Co-ordinator

Sue has worked in housing for more than 20 years, mostly within Local Authority strategy and research roles, before joining the Horizons team in 2007.
During her time working within the housing sector she has been involved in a wide variety of projects including housing needs surveys; housing monitoring and development; and strategies around fuel poverty, housing and homelessness.

Sue also works on:

• The Cambridge sub-regional housing board to share ideas and good practice across the seven districts in the housing sub-region
• The sub-region's strategic housing market assessment to keep up to date with housing markets and housing needs
• Hometrack to produce regular housing market bulletins which help show trends for the country, region and across our housing sub-region
• The Managing Growth theme of our local area agreement
