Following the announcement this morning (Friday 1st April 2010) from Marshall confirming their intentions not to relocate in the near future, the local authorities and Cambridgeshire Horizons have reaffirmed the importance of delivering much-needed new homes in the local area.

In the light of Marshall's decision, the local authorities will be working in close partnership to identify alternative options for new housing in the most sustainable locations possible.
